At the highest point of our farm stands a 100-year-old Macadamia Tetraphylla, a living symbol of the resilience and wisdom that guides everything we do.
As custodians of this ancient Australian native, we honour its legacy through sustainable, regenerative farming practices that protect biodiversity, build healthy soil, and nurture the land for generations to come.
Each nut is lovingly harvested and roasted onsite, allowing us to preserve its natural flavour and nutritional power while caring for the ecosystem that makes it possible.
